We didn't like it either! The machine kept malfunctioning increasing our wait time as employees searched for a manager to help us. She eventually corrected the problem. Don't know which is worse, a kiosk that doesn't work or employees that can't get a simple order right.
Put the information in your review and tell the manager.
None of my customers like the kiosk they either walk out or I politely ask if they would rather order at counter but managers like it when they use the kiosk
