We spent over $50 on an order just now. The cheeseburger we ordered was missing. The crispy chicken sandwich that was ordered w/extra pickles had a whole two pickles on it and all three fries that we ordered w/NO SALT were all salted and cold. I will definitely be spending my $50 somewhere else next time.

We really enjoyed our experience here at this location. The bathrooms and eating areas were super clean. There was also great customer service all of the employees were super friendly especially the cashier who I think is named Patti.

The woman working back drive was an absolute angel. She was very respectful. Extremely helpful navigating the rewards/points system. She deserves to be recognized for her wonderful customer service. My visit was 9th May 2022 at 730am

Rainy day, but sunny personalities all around. Woman by the front doors was mopping up the mess left by wet customers. She advised us to be careful - and said it with a big smile. Our cashier was very nice - efficient and pleasant. Order came up quickly and both egg McMuffins were delicious. Bathrooms were clean, too.

Yes I would have to agree. The drive through always takes long. And when you go inside it also takes a long time. Try to go there for a easy meal before work but I have to rush through it because it took forever to make. Mind it it is 2 cheeseburgers with fries. Wow. Hard. I really dont like going there anymore. Also fries always suck. No salt at all, and cold.
We didn't like it either! The machine kept malfunctioning increasing our wait time as employees searched for a manager to help us. She eventually corrected the problem. Don't know which is worse, a kiosk that doesn't work or employees that can't get a simple order right.
I don't care about covid practices. Its called personal responsibility.
