Depends on the size of your kids. In addition to visiting this worldly Museum there is a small reptile zoo named Reptile Land about 10 miles south on Route 15 that costs about $15 per person. Small but good quality. If you have very young children of the age that would play in a McDonald's play place there is a larger version of a similar playground called Treasure Castle located in South Williamsport. If you drive about 30 minutes south to the town of Milton the Christ Wesleyan Church has a very nice indoor play area if you look up The Well. it's part of the churches coffee shop area. Very nice coffee shop with good sandwiches available the children's play area is absolutely free. It is open to the public and the majority of the people there are not church members. There are numerous parks and playgrounds. As well as older kids might enjoy a minor league baseball game in Williamsport. Another option for younger children about 30 minutes south is the Lewisburg Children's Museum.
Baseball!@!
We took out 3.5 year old to the Museum. Took about 1.5 hours to go through... then we headed over to the Hiawatha and enjoyed a beautiful river cruise for an hour. It was a lovely afternoon!
There is the riverboat also. Dairy queen, children's museum...
Little league museum, reptile place, various parks, shopping. The downtown area is cute.
