K&S is awesome in terms of selection and price. I think they have karaoke systems. If they don't, they'll either order one for you or refer you to somewhere that does.
You would have to contact K&S Music Store an let them know you're make an model. They are very helpful an may be able to repair your Kimball Organ.
According to their website tuition is $18 per 1/2 hr lesson due on the first lesson of each month.
