We eat there often and the food is so fresh and good. Never had a bad meal. They even got the Best of CT Award for their fantastic food. Really surprised when I read this, very unusual.
I got food poisoning there too, not an isolated incident.
Eaten there a ton of times never had an issue. Sorry to hear you had a bad experience.
I doubt it. I'm not saying you are in the wrong, but this story is obviously biased and complete bs. There's two sides of this for sure, and you shouldn't be trying to mess with their livelihood because you had a disagreement.
I eat there weekly and have never had a problem. They were wrong for saying that yo you! The guy there can be rude. Sorry for you guys
