Yes, I've brought mine several times. If they are well behaved theres no problem at all.
They are NOT dog friendly unless it's a service animal.
Wonderful place to take your dogs. They serve them bowls of water.

Yes, dogs are allowed. I have seen the same dog a few times in the last month. Dog was clean looking, well behaved and wasn't a problem to anyone when I was there.
I have seen dogs there, so I would say yes...
