No, in 2012 19 states including the "WONDERFUL" state New Jersey banned private ownership of monkey's. The closest thing to a "MONKEY in New Jersey (in my opinion) is called a coatimundi”, or “coati”. Not a monkey but their all over the place just like one.. lol... Good luck!!!
