$2000 + $700 +$600 = $3,300 fees added to advertised price of all cpo cars here. CPO and used cars are lined up in front, with full gas, ready to view and test drive. Salesman Michael was very accommodating and kind. I could tell he was listening and trying to give me a good experience. Test drove 2 cpo cars, one of which had obvious driveability issues, including tpms light on. Good experience overall so far though. Until we met a manager Dan. Spit out some heavily opinionated and one-sided comments about private sales and our views on purchasing a car. Boasted how great the dealership in price and services, then disclosed the $3,300 fees to be added to advertised price of any used/cpo vehicle there. This did not include tags and taxes, but was $2k restoration, $700 window etching and $600 doc fees. $27k car turned into $30k before the legitimate fees. Tries to play it off like of course these fees are added... No. Really turned me off about returning to the dealership. Not all dealerships play that shady game. Shame on you Mazda dealership. I'll take my business elsewhere. 5stars for Michael, 0stars for manager and dealership pricing tactics.

they run the service department like a well oiled machine-minimal wait time and pleasant interactions.

Yes
I would call Lodi Mazda. They are very helpful and will always be truthful with their prices.
Yes, they do it perfectly well, but first they will try to push you to buy a new tire.
If you call the parts department, they'd be happy to help you
No, they have what is call clearance event with the 2017 to make room for the 2018 but maybe other dealers have them out But i dont think so because it will be an no fair game in between dealerships.
