Jonathan you are not able to swim or fish in the pond. It is just a community pond that doesn5 have much to do but there is also a park. Hope this helped
I tried to walk to one of the ponds and they are all either backed up on houses or its ankle deep mud to get there. But even a spot to fish if I was allowed
