Service extremely slow staff has attitude problem low on staff. Extremely slow ordering at the Counter, coffee was extremely cold.

Rarely stop at this location... today 8am they have line wrapped around the building. After sitting in line, finally get to the speaker. And see a sign taped to it. Out of large cups, out of several coffee flavors, out of bagels? At 8am???

I usually stop by daily for a sourdough breakfast sandwich and a coffee. For the last week, every time I come through they have told me they cannot make that sandwich. (Between noon and 1:30) I'm generally glad to have this Dunkin so close to work, and their service is quick, but lately I've been disappointed

Food burnt and hashbrowns old and hard. Spoke with manager Sherelle and she confirmed food is to be made fresh and stated she would replace order. Then stated she pulled the hashbrowns out of the fryer herself which was a blatant lie. So I called her out. If she did then packaging and bag would have grease stains on them. Nether do and the are hard. I mean hard. I stated now I know that is a lie because they are biscuit like hard. She argued that she pulled then out of the fryer and I stated that no she didn't then she hung up on me. Just don't lie as I have them proof in my hand. Called back phone rang and rang and finally someone else answered and provided me her boss number. Called and left a message.
