Why when I call to make an appointment no one answers the phone? I went through the website to schedule and the email response I got was to call the number and make an appointment. No one answers the phone. I feel like a hamster on a wheel.

You called on veterans day most doctors offices are closed in a holiday. Also check in is by phone also that maybe a reason you don't get anybody because staff is busy assisting current patients at peak times
