If im on someones case with catawba christin ministries and they ant find id or there paper to pick up there box can i use my id

I'm not sure. I never received any help from these people. They are not very helpful!

If they call up there and tell them that you are picking up the box and they tell them your name ive done it

You need their paper that was issued to them that authorizes pickup
