Jens Mom, Honestly I try not to think about it due to lack of knowledge I feel certain some people scam from under the table. Myself I'm in a area where most I have met or been refered to have been helpful and kind hearted I have been blessed I do always have to take All procedural steps to varify every dollar I spend and answer numerous varifications I think that's actually good it's not easy to get by with scaming thanks to those steps being taken. I know if I need help Prayers in Jesus Christ Name leads me to the right people and resources I have met people who can read people through eye contact and words of wisdom body language for I am also one of those people.
