I’d say casual, but if you want to dress up and have a nice date night with a special someone, you can certainly dress up..but preferably eat upstairs for that.
Casual. Upstairs is more intimate and quiet, so it's suitable for date night. We don't always get dressed up to eat upstairs. Last time we were in skirts and shorts.
