Yes, It is kid friendly. I have seen parents with kids I would say between the ages of 7-12 feeding the fishes. I would not however suggest for very small kids in that area. You can eat dockside which is pretty protected.
Yes they have a outside dock bar and restaurant an they also have a 2nd floor upscale restaurant.
