All depends on the type of guns, I mostly buy my guns and accessories online. I believe Bulls eye charge $35 for ffl, but I've googled ffl dealer near me and found at least 2 location that charges $15.
I haven't personally seen any fee that's noticeable, there is even a slight discount when you pay in cash
