They have stated for me, that as long as the minor can view over the counter and is with a person of competence, that the minor can shoot.. My youngest boy is 8 years old and has shot there before.

Age limit is 21 or older unless accompanied by adult. Unless the ages have changed, I took my 14 y.o. daughter there 4 years ago. I advise calling to make sure there are no absolute cut-offs.
