The primary focus are the trainer-lead classes which are Amazing and worth the investment. If you get through a couple weeks, you'll feel like you can do Anything, and likely become addicted, as I have. Most efficient use of your time to burn calories, tone, sweat, and practice some fighting skills -which is always good. Love these guys like family, I recommend all day, all night.
Great question Danizo. The main focus is kickboxing classes. There are weights , medicine balls, battle ropes, kettle bells and more tho for the members to use outside of the regular classes. That area is open anytime the gym is open. Usually 4:30-8:30/9pm
