Yes, I saw people with the same kind of strollers. I think as you walk in they have a little building that you rent them at. Its also where you pick up your family pictures if you want to purchase them. I'm not sure on rental price for stroller as my grandson had his own.
I would call to see if you can reserve they are very busy
