Depends. No kids - approx 4hrs With kids - plan for most of your day there. Husband and I only spent about 4 hrs there together and were not rushing but we also went when it was not crowded this past weekend due to rain. If we had kids, we would have easily taken the whole day so the kiddos could take their time enjoying it.

That is correct they have 3 camels that I seen and yes you can ride them. The weight size was a Max -250 lbs to ride the camel. The price was between 10$-15$. They were very graceful and had good temperaments. They even stopped to let the parents take pictures of their child.

Christmas lights begin the day after Thanksgiving and last until New Year's Eve. Lights turn on at 6pm but Zoo is open normal hours. I highly recommend the light show which is awesome! Lots of lights, loud Christmas music and laser show. It is located near the carousel ride and Beastro restaurant. There is also many other attractions during the Christmas season through out the park and photo opportunities such as a giant snow globe you can walk into with a background and snow (fake) blowing around inside. You can have the park take your pic which they charge or you can take it yourself using your phone or whatever. Anyways hope this helps!
