I don't think they can hire knowledgeable people fast enough to keep up with the demand. They are very busy. Work the trip though for sure.
I went there and there was no one to help. When i asked the one guy if this was typical, he said one person called in sick. If one floor person creates a crisis than there is a bigger problem.

The phones might be on a low ring volume in the floors but no one ever answers in the design center either. Its an issue that should be addressed because I have had this same not answering problem with the Wayne and Paramus locations. Definitely worth your trip though.
