Never again buying anything from this place, I was trying return tiles after 3 months and the return was declined. They gave me a number to call but they are closed on weekends and I had to carry all the tiles back call the company during the week for them to approve the return, this place is a joke, John not helpful at all and customer service couldn't help either. Please be aware of there returning policy.

Yes, I had a similar experience. I went there after receiving the pickup email and it took me an hour to collect the stuff and get out of there. And it was just 2 faucets what I was getting. They do not have good customer service at this location.

No. Floor & Decor is located behind (East of) Willowbrook Mall. It's located next to the AMC Loews theatre, in the location where Costco used to be before they moved. Drive around the back side of the mall and you should see it.
