Do you normally take X-rays and ultrasounds of 13 year old dogs who are in obvious discomfort then not let the owners know what is going on with your amazing dog?

They have a on site vet. I brought my dog in on Wednesday May 8th for X-rays and ultrasounds. It is now SATURDAY May 11th and no results. My poor dog has hid himself in the bathroom, won't even get up for food. We started going to this location because offered an affordable insurance for him, but what's the point if the "care" that comes with the insurance is bad?

I cant answer that question but I know you can call the petsmart And they well for sure answer any question that you have but im sure they do x-rays

I didn't know they had the technology to do ultrasound and x-ray
