I can rest assure you they do not use microwaves they have flat top grillers and deep friers, they might have a microwave in the back but I can promise you it's not for actually cooking with. The look and taste of the food would be very noticeable, especially with the large number of people they serve Durning the lunch hours. If you still question or doubt it personally I know that anytime I have had a question they have always been happy to answer them. And by far that's the easiest and best way to get a answer to any question I have ever had. I hope you find this helpful.

Char's have awesome food they would never do that and I've ate there over a year now.

We mostly get footlongs there and they are boiled I think!

I have been going to char's for years and have not found this to be true I think that if you have a bad experience anywhere you shouldn't just make up stuff
This was not true the time I was there a few weeks ago. The food was good.
