Dear Susan Berry. This is actually an amazing place with awesome staff that do an amazing job. And for your experience today, accidents happen its (a pet grooming salon). And secondly as the (credited author) that you are maybe you should learn how to spell and leave a review because I know 4 year Olds that can spell better. And third standing in the parking lot screamin and having a temper tantrum and throwing a leash at other customers is only makin yourself look bad. People like you are what's wrong with society today.... 10/10 highly recommend the service and place of business.

That is not how it happened at all!! We went to drop our sheepdog to get a bath and you came in that you forgot your leash, that is when I offered you our leash so you could get your dog into the salon. I was not leaving without my leash.Then you started complaining about how unorganized the shop was. Which at 8 in the morning having people drop off there dogs what do you think!! And the fact that you are bringing your dog to a salon and not sure if he is socialized because he had never been around a dog when people are coming in and out with there dogs!! You need to find a mobile groomer so you can control every situation that come around!! Thank you Stephanie for taking care of not only my dog but all so my daughters and my son’s also!! You will not please everyone and the need they to keep searching but no one will be able to please YOU!! Thank you Stephanie for everything you do for the ones who really appreciates you and the job you do!,
