So the actual eye doctor part is amazing. Wonderful, helpful and nice people. Then you get over to the Walmart vision center. Yikes! I don't know the ladys name but you'll know her when you meet her. I have no idea how she is still working there other than, it's Walmart and nobody wants to work since stupid covid. This is just one experience I've had with her. I called, she answered. I asked what time they closed and before I could even finish she goes WHAT do you WANT?! So I replied back WHAT TIME do you close?! 4:30 for pickup? And I hung up bc I ain't got enough time in my day to deal with rude people. I've dealt with her before and she makes rude remarks and is just all around unpleasant to work with.

Showed up at 10 minutes to 1 and they were closing for lunch during week. Web says open Sundays so i made the trip to find them closed . No luck with Walmart Vision Center

Poor customer service I called more then once & been on hold for awhile.. not only that someone picked up the phone but did not say anything not a “Hello could you please hold” nothing ! Immediately put me on hold..
