I do believe the hospital will remove the IUD if you don't have insurance you can make a deal with the hospital that you will pay the bill in payment's

I would try to get on sliding scale that's what I did and got accepted. Or for people who's job don't offer insurance try looking up CARE RING. THEY ARE ON 5TH STREET. Or you can go to the emergency room and see what they will do. Ask the emergency room how to get on the sliding scale.

Unless it is causing an immediate health issue, they will not. It would be considered an elective procedure. You can call your local health dept for resources that could assist you with funding and location that would assist you. Hope I was helpful.
