The admission fee allows you to go on all rides which they take card there. You can also use card to purchase food but I am not sure if it's from all the food vendors.
You can use a credit card to purchase your admission but everything else was cash only. I did see the ATM's up front at the entrance just after you walk into the fair.
That's right to enter but games and such are cash only
They do but some kiosks are cash only and the atm that are in there have a $4 fee plus yours bank fee if applicable
