Are we the only ones being put off by paradise pools right now,paid in full in May for a pool and still no answer on it being done,every time I call they give me another date

I've been a customer for 20 years now. Bought 2 pools during that time. They really give good customer service, but they get pushed behind when the weather doesn't cooperate and we've had a great deal of rain lately. I know you're anxious just like I was, but be patient. It will be worth it! Paradise does not require full payment at that time. Did you choose to pay in full?

Any work done by a contractor should be paid 1/3 at signing, 1/3 half way compleated and the final 1/3 at completion and you are fully satisfied. PERIOD.
