I haven't been to Wendy's in about a year. Now I know why. Seriously how hard is it to make a HOT plain cheese burger? Apparently pretty hard!! Plus my fries are burnt! Corporate needs to fire some people!

To much talk and not enough doing their job. Need more older people with work experience not kids just passing the time. Also tired of their friends showing up and taking tables and not eating. I asked for cheese burger with mayo no onion and no tomato and I got tomato with so much mayo it was swimming in it.

I go here mainly for the chili. Yes, there are younger staff here that need guidance and to learn to listen/read. It's Wendy's. Fast food with an hourly wage between minimum wage and maybe $9. Is there room.for improvement? Yes. Have I seen improvement? Yes. The management seems to care about the service and quality. Review your order details before you pay, check your order before you leave and have any corrections made. I've found the lobby occupied with diverse groups and usually clean. Use the Wendy's app and get special deals or offers. Don't forget to select the offer item from it's appropriate menu category and the item will populate into your bag/basket. Ex: if your offer is a free medium fry, place a medium fry into your order/bag and select the offer for it. The discount will apply before you pay. Good luck and happy patronage!!
