My son is going to be "graduating" his power school and having to move off base now. Will the Navy pay to have his belongings moved from his home in Indiana to the house he will be renting in Goose Creek?

Actually I just found out that since Indiana is his home of record. They WILL do it. Just have to go to "grad hold" or "personal property" office and tell them what the situation is and fill out some paperwork!

Hi! I'm currently at NNPTC. I don't believe the navy will pay to move his things from Indiana, but they will pay him for the additional food, utilities, and housing costs associated with living of base.
