Does the cruise ship port parking lot in Charleston ever flood

No I jus get back off one and it DNT flood but I park at my brother's house

Have not seen it flood as it's on the river not the coast. Parking is good and free with a Handicap placard. all parking is outdoors now

I dont no, I was only two times in the parking lot

It never has flooded when we put our vehicle there . But it's high to park there I think like 165 for 8 day . But well worth it.
