Called the dispatch at 7:42am. I Have to be at work at 9am. Continuously received a call from a automated voiceover that “We’re trying to find the nearest driver” 3 times. While trying to plan ahead during the phone call I asked if I could have someone dispatched around 8:00am (in 20 minutes) the dispatcher said no, we can send the cab request now. Knowing I’d be earlier than usual, I said ok send it. The dispatcher made it seem as if they were ready, around the corner, or as if I’d be getting picked up soon. Again no one came, was going to come and I had to phone a friend. I do not recommend this cab service. Respectfully.

I'm always late to important things because of them. I call like an hour earlier and nothing. 1 star. This is unacceptable

Needed a cab and yellow cab responded quick and with no Hassel.Will definitely use them again.Driver was courteous,rates were reasonable.

It depends on availability, time and location. Also if number of calls decreases drivers start to go home.
We are taking care of the time calls we have in the computer but that is all we can do they are working on it
