It's a family area to have casual fun but I'm just taking a guess here and say yes.
I'm not sure about Sunday *afternoons/nights*, but I used to go Sunday early bird all the time. The VIP lanes were almost always open, and usually still for cheaper than the normal lanes later in the day.

Not always packed but could be this week because of spring break.
I would say its pretty busy considering its the weekend.
