Has anyone ever gotten Chicken from Bojangles in Chatsworth that isn't over cooked and hard as a brick? I waited 30 minutes to have fresh chicken. The fries and chicken were hard as a brick and they left the biscuits off the order.

Usually I have great experiences with every bojangles, but if ever I have an issue ,I politely ask them and they fix the problem , always good customer service

Usually good between 12 to 3. Afterwards I have not had much luck.
