They have a drop off area that faces Pooler Parkway. You pull up and they come right out to your car. There are also bins available for after hour drop off for smaller items. As far as pick up from your location you will need to call. I think each Goodwill location differs upon how they are setup.
You have to bring them in. There's a side door that you drive up to and an employee walks out to take them from you:)
