Why is it that everytime I try to call in the phone beeps as if it is busy. I have a call log from several days for two weeks now where I have tried calling 15 differents times in each day and it will not go through

Is it listed as the fudge shop or Ye Olde Sandwich Shoppe? The fudge shop is out of business but you will sandwich shop is still open
