I've seen dogs there every time I've been for years! I've never seen a sign posted "no dogs". I will say it gets very congested at times, in spots...and it may be difficult to maneuver with a pet.
Yes, I have seen dogs there and would suggest it is not a good place for dogs as the place gets very crowded.
