Office opens at 5 am on Wednesday morning. You can call the office and get up to date information. The folks that work in the office are extremely nice, friendly, patient, and very knowledgeable. I often go to this market depending on weather. It is an early market. Folks do shop with flashlights at 5 ish in the morning. This is a good market.
There are venders there in mild rain, they are under roof. It is a great place to find almost anything from new to old. Come little better weather and the place is very crowded with vendors and shoppers.
