There are simply too many titles to list because each vendor has tens of thousands to a million or more of titles. When you call, explain to the staff member that you're interested in digital downloads. They can talk to you about the difference between Hoopla and Libby. The lending policies are different with Hoopla — you don't have to wait in line. If we own the title, you can borrow it. Register online for a library card. You would need valid library card and email address. You can use Libby app and Over Drive.
