Good school system? Neighborhood?
Yes they are. There is a small fee. But they have a dog park and many "poo" stations around the complex. Its a great place to live!
Schools are amazing! Yes, pets are allowed and the complex is very pet friendly (including a small dog park). The staff is great. We've been here 2 years and enjoy it. It's pretty quiet and they do a lot of "fun" stuff like ice cream trucks, donut day, sushi night, food trucks etc.
