Be ware of what you sign in your contract here they will jack your rent up without telling you and have nothing but kids playing all in the road people who are driving can’t even get by not to mention someone is always stumping loudly in their apartment above your head moving out when my lease is up and going elsewhere and not to mention cockroaches everywhere even before I moved in but I’m paying for pest control in the rent it’s not worth living here at all
