The basic answer to go by is "just drinks." However, there will sometimes be either a food truck outside or food sold outside during special events. There is a small commercial kitchen inside which has sometimes used to prepare or heat food for special events and private functions.

I've only been there once. I didn't see anyone eating nor did I see a kitchen. But it was a while ago so I can be mistaken. But if there was food served inside I'm sure I would've been offered a menu, but I wasn't.
