If your card is issued by the Clark County Library District, you can use it at any library in Las Vegas. North Las Vegas and Henderson are separate districts, but I think LV cards are accepted there. Check to be sure.
Library cards issued in Las Vegas, North Las Vegas and Boulder City can be used at interchangeably however you may have to activate them for computer use the first time you use them.
