Ordered Breadsticks & wings, i was told the wait time would be 10mins instead waited 30 mins. Multiple people walked in and walked right out. Other customers that ordered prior to myself ordering were upset as well. Breadsticks were still undercooked. Never again

Today I went to this place and this lady was with a really mad mood her name is Tatiana C. I hope they take her out of this place she didn't take my order correctly because I ask for two stuffed crust round and extra cheese and she gives me two custom round original ones. I also order "8 wings" and get this!!! It's not even a half of it. And she was really dirty on her wearing. I don't will came back again!

This is the 2nd time I ordered to pickup. The pizza’s (only 1cheese and 1 pepperoni) weren’t even ready even though I arrived 10 minutes after receiving the “ready” email. The pizzas were both just warm and stale as if they’d been sitting out for quite awhile. They weren’t hot and they were dry. This was EXTREMELY poor quality. Not to mention they spent a good few minutes trying to find my order even though I had the order number and QR code with me??? Ridiculous

This was a terrible experience with Little Caesars. We arrived with a few others in the store (3-4 other customers) and were told it would be about a 15 minute wait, which is totally fine. It took 37 minutes, multiple check-ins asking how much longer, and we went back for a refund because they could have made them 3 times over in that time... and then they offered us our food. We took it but honestly it was a mess, food was not up to par. Wish we'd had to refund much earlier and skipped a huge disappointment of a meal.
