The order taker said I can get a breakfast sausage sandwich but I can not get a sausage burrito because they're out of sausage crumbles. Is this a thing?

This is unusual l have never had a problem with them. On a scale of 1 the worst to 10 excellent l would give a 10. They are the best oh by the way l go at least 4 times a week.
