Wow, it's not federal law to be a citizen to use any range! Been to many ranges before, never had an issue including this one before the new owners took over. Charges more and even with a CCC still asked me for my green card. Like mention, first time that happen and wont be coming back.
ID is always required, not sure how being from out of country affects you. Call Clabers and ask.
