What can I do about a neighbor who allows her dog to poop on the patio area..this is a one story apartment complex and her patio connects when my front door is and flies and bugs and the awful smell are there when I enter or exit my apartment...

Already did many times....they say they are doing something but nothing ever happens...its a filthy mess ..if the tables were turned i would be evicted...
