Okay so I’m here at the shop on a Thursday at 9 am and no one is at the shop it is closed with no explanation on the door ??!! Is this normal

It seems to be normal. I'm waiting at the store for them to open 20 minutes after their scheduled time to open... If they keep this up, they won't be in business much longer. I'm sure I'm not the only one willing to drive further simply on principle.
