Can I surrender a dog there

Clayton County Humane Society will take owner surrenders when they have space. They are often at capacity especially for cats, kittens and dogs over 20lbs. Clayton County Animal Control will take owner surrenders but you will need to contact them about their policy

I dont think so but if u go with the dog i think they might take it...its worth a try...they are open 3 days a wk...only day im sure of is Sat...11 am to 4 pm but google tells all days and hrs...
